Dr. Novia is trained in both plastic surgery and otolaryngology, and carries certifications from the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology. He received his training at the Medical College of Pennsylvania and had his plastic surgery training at the William Beaumont Army Medical Center. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery. With these credentials, he brings a strong education and high level of surgical skill to the Bel-Red Center for Aesthetic Surgery.
Currently, Dr. Novia is concentrating his practice on the cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries for the breast and body. He recently completed training in fat transfer of the breast, and this is one of the many procedures he will offer at the Bel-Red Center for Aesthetic Surgery When asked about this procedure, Dr. Novia said, “The concept behind fat transfer of the breast is fascinating.
