Dr. Gruber has been in the dental profession for over 35 years. During that period he, like many other dentists, had seen hundreds of patients suffering the same recurring dental problems. Motivated by a genuine concern for those patients, Dr. Gruber was determined to find the underlying cause.

To bring the PeriClean to life, Dr. Gruber teamed up with Edward Kozloski, an industrial designer with more than 30 years in product engineering. While it's soft, effectively eliminating the abrasion from a typical toothbrush, it has a slight degree of friction and variation to the surface design in order to remove foreign matter on the teeth and that initial plaque buildup we see every day"
