Quantum Grip was envisioned and created by a man whose passion was to return to the game of golf. Inventor and owner, Patrick Pinkart sustained a broken neck and spinal cord injuries after diving into a shallow lake. After suffering the near fatal injuries, Patrick persevered although his doctors said he had only a 5% chance of ever walking or using his hands again.
After 5 years of rehabilitation, Patrick was able to stand well enough to swing a golf club. However, he could not hold the club securely. Patrick began his search to find, or invent, some way to enable him to hold the golf club.
A search of existing equipment and devices confirmed that there was nothing available on the market that would really help. As a result, Patrick designed and created the Quantum Grip System.
Over the next fifteen years, Patrick refined the system and had his ideal prototypes professionally engineered to increase the systemÂ’s comfortability, durability and efficiency.
