One of the biggest problems with me was that my contacts were never completely comfortable and they tended to move a lot. Because I had astigmatism, the movement of the contact lens would blur my vision. As I got older and my eyes became drier, my vision with my contact lenses only got worse. I found it difficult to do surgery when I wore my contact lenses and eventually I nearly gave up on them and wore glasses most of the time.
