Zen Strength Commissions New Instructional Videos For Its Customers

(Medical-NewsWire.com, June 16, 2016 ) Los Angeles, California -- Health and vitality company has announced its intention to commission new instructional videos for its customers to give more detailed guidance on how to increase hand and grip strength.

The videos will show how many different exercises can be done with its three different hand exercisers - the flagship adjustable finger exerciser FingerMagic, the hand gripper GripMagic and hand therapy extensor exerciser FingerMagic+.

These short instructional films will complement the e-guides that customers are sent when they place their order.

Over six different exercises can be done with the finger exerciser, with adjustable resistance of 3lb through to 8.5lb for each finger and thumb (extra-light through to heavy). The videos will show how to get the most from the finger exerciser and will start with basic exercises and go through to intermediate and hard.

At least eight different exercises can be done with the therapy hand strengthener FingerMagic+. First and foremost it is designed to exercise hand extensor muscles, the muscles that extend fingers back out from a gripping position. These muscles are vital to overall hand health and yet they are rarely challenged in normal day to day life. This can result in an imbalance because they work in opposition to the much more used ‘flexor muscles' which do the gripping.

Building these muscles is great for overall hand health and can help guard against or reverse carpal tunnel.

FingerMagic+ can also be used as hand putty (lightest tension) and also as a hand therapy ball and the videos will be designed to guide customers through each different exercise.

The hand grippers GripMagic are standard grippers but can also be used in slightly different ways to work a few different types of grip.

Paula Jenkins, CEO for Zen Strength said: "People have a wide variety of reasons for wanting to strengthen their hands, wrists, fingers and forearms."

"Our customers range from people recovering from significant conditions like arthritis or stroke, through to athletes and professional musicians."

"Whatever a customer's reason for buying one of our hand strengthening products, we want to ensure that we provide them with the most comprehensive and straightforward information possible."

"Video is an excellent way of demonstrating what you can do with each of our hand strengtheners and we will be making the videos available to all of our customers once they are produced."
