Located in Abbotsford, British Columbia, Empowering Within Yoga aims to be a relaxing place for busy men and women to escape the daily hustle and bustle to meditate, practice yoga, stretch and strengthen.

Empowering Within Yoga invites Lower Mainland and Abbotsford yoga lovers to join them at their Grand Opening for a day of relaxing, restoration, and rejuvenation. At the grand opening event on Saturday, February 27th, 2016, attendees will get to join in on free yoga sessions from 12:00-4:00PM. Empowering Within Yoga will also be serving healthy appetizers and beverages, and offering 20% off all their boutique items. For people interested in testing out the yoga classes before joining the studio, on February 27th only, One Month Unlimited Yoga Passes for their Abbotsford studio will be offered at a promotional price of only $39.
In celebration of the grand opening, Empowering Within Yoga has partnered with the Sparkle Project BC, an organization that inspires young women and girls to explore their passions, build their confidence, and share their sparkle with the world. Kristal Barrett-Stuart from the Sparkle Project BC will be conducting the creation of Sparkle vision boards. As well, Anne-Mari will be hosting a workshop on desire mapping.
