Not everyone liked it though. User Bhanu said that the "size doesn't fit" despite of all the claims of all the other customers – big and small footed alike – that the product fits them comfortably. It is important to note that Bhanu's reviews have a 20% helpfulness rating. Nonetheless, Wuju Fitness promised him a different sized ankle brace for free after a month. They said that they are still in the "process of introducing new sizes" to their ankle braces.
