"A process known as nano-emulsion involves mixing curcumin powder with polyethylene glycol and castor oil. This process makes it possible for the compound to dissolve and be easily absorbed inside the body," added O'Sullivan.
Many people from around the world today are using curcumin supplements. They find it more helpful to use supplements that consume turmeric powder, mainly because of the malabsorption issue.
