In the run up to the new product launch Mr Greenhalgh said that the company wanted to be easily identified on the shelves, and to have a colour coding system for customers bathroom cupboards or drug cabinets, hence the bold new labels that are due for release soon, it will mean although the brand will be a common theme, each product will have it's own distinctive label colour, that will be unmissable.
Mr Greenhalgh said he had been really pleased at the customer response to the questionnaires. He was pleasantly surprised at the percentage that had been completed, and was very happy to announce a massive discount to say thankyou.
