(Medical-NewsWire.com, July 12, 2013 ) San Francisco, CA -- The dental equipment went missing when the program was shut down last year. The Commonwealth Healthcare Corporation said in a statement it was “disappointed and devastated to learn of the mysterious disappearance of the dental equipment”.
Interim CEO Esther Muna says the issue of the missing dental equipment was never brought to her attention after vice chair Pedro Dela Cruz confronted her with frustration when no initial investigation was initiated to find the missing equipment. Now, it will be even more difficult to track the equipment, since there is no known information on then the equipment went missing or who took it. One thing's for sure, it wasn’t returned to the manufacturer.
Muna claims that the missing equipment may have been brought to previous CEO Juan N. Babuta, but the issue was never discussed with her. She promises to talk with the Division of Public Health director Roxanne Diaz, who wasn’t present when the disappearance of the equipment was brought to everyone’s attention.
