Ask 10 people what their favorite protein shake is and you will get 10 different answers. Clearly, people have different opinions on how to take protein and what are the best sources for protein.

In looking at protein powder reviews BOP was surprised by the lack of science that was involved. Almost all of the protein powder reviews focused on taste and subjective measures.
