The nurse is suffering from a disease that causes her to have multiple orgasms and unlike popular belief she says it is an uncomfortable and embarrassing situation for her.
Ramsey is a live in nurse in Montclair N.J, her slightest movements can trigger her to have an orgasm according to THE SUN.

Ramsey first encountered this problem with continuous orgasms after having sex with her then new boyfriend in 2008.
“I had constant orgasms for four days. I thought I was going mad. It also happened with a new partner and I even tried sitting on frozen peas," she told The Sun.
Ramsey has been diagnosed with Persistent Genital Arousal Disorder (PGAD). The doctors have blamed the condition on spinal cysts that have developed on her.
Ramsey fell down some stairs about 10 years ago and developed cysts on her spinal over time the condition had been growing and at this point has become so bad that it becomes unbearable for her.
There has been a study done on the PGAD disease, eighteen women were included that study in 2008 which was aimed to reveal more about the condition.
After conducting interviews, laboratory tests and imaging studies researchers have determined that the majority of women with the condition experience it during early menopause without pre-existing psychiatric disorders and laboratory abnormalities.
Most women from the study also had restless genital syndrome or overactive bladder syndrome.
"PGAD--or as proposed by our group, restless genital syndrome (RGS) in the context of its strong association with restless legs--is probably the expression of a non-sexually driven hyper-excitability of the genitals and subsequent attempts to overcome it by genital manipulations," the researchers wrote.
