(Medical-NewsWire.com, October 22, 2016 ) Newark, NJ -- As reported by NJ.com, Essex county detectives successfully uncovered a drug dealing operation that would have supplied more than 1,500 packets of heroin to Newark and surrounding areas. The operation also resulted in the arrest of five individuals who were under investigation for drug dealing. During the investigation, plain clothes officers witnessed drug exchanges between the five men now in custody. Upon intercepting the group officers found packets of heroin stamped with "PASSION," later uncovering 1,540 more in the trunk and under the hood of the one suspect's car. They are facing various drug charges including intent to sell within 1,000 feet of a school.
